Institution: University of Greenwich

Key areas of expertise:

Students as Partners
Assessment and Feedback
Curriculum design
Quality assurance

Research interests:

I am currently working on a collaborative QAA-funded project on inclusive attributes of assessment.

I have worked at the University of Greenwich since 2019, where I led the Academic & Learning Enhancement team. During this time, I have co-developed the Student Success sub-strategy and worked on educational policy. This has included the development of a Curriculum Framework, the university’s No Detriment Policy in 2020/21 and overseeing updates to the Assessment and Feedback policy. I have drafted responses to external consultations and considered how the university needs to respond to external regulatory/policy changes.

I previously led UCL ChangeMakers, which supports students and staff to work in partnership on enhancement projects, to enhance departmental practices and to review teaching. At UCL I also worked to align QE and QA practices.
